With little money, and a lot of hard work and determination, Josh Reynolds quit his job to start JDR Property Services October 2005. JDR's focus on Lawn and Garden Maintenance
has seen an expansion with a focus to become Newcastle's number one Lawn and Garden Maintenance Team. No job is too big in fact we specialise in maintaining large gardens and green spaces for schools, aged care facilities and Strata complexes.

JDR Property Services
is committed to protecting the health and safety of all its workers. It has a duty of care in ensuring safe systems of work, a safe working environment, and safe premises at the workplace as outlined in the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
JDR is committed to:
- Promoting a culture that does not compromise on safety and ensure so far as is reasonably practicable the elimination of risks to the lowest level by means of a risk management approach;
- Consulting with its workers on matters pertaining to health and safety through relevant responsible officer;
- Providing appropriate resources in line with the importance of Work health and safety and making these resources available to ensure compliance with legislation and ensure that the workplace is safe;
- Complying with applicable procedures, legislative requirements and statutory obligations and encouraging behaviour to exceed the level of minimum compliance;
- Establishing and maintaining a systematic approach in achieving its Work health and safety objectives and targets;
- Periodically reviewing and auditing the Work Health and Safety Policy and the Safety Management System policies, procedures and programs;
- Reporting all injuries, hazards and incidents, rehabilitating injured workers, conducting thorough investigations, and implementing corrective actions;
- Continually monitoring, reviewing and improving safety performance, including ongoing consultation and communications workers and officers.
In order to implement the provisions of this policy, a program of activities and procedures will be established, updated and effectively maintained, consulted on and communicated throughout the company in relation to all aspects of Work Health and Safety.
